Gift Voucher & Trial Lesson Terms & Conditions
1. 'Two Seat' aircraft will take the Instructor and gift voucher recipient.
2. 'Four Seat' aircraft will take the Instructor, gift voucher recipient and up to two guests, depending on weight.
3. In the event of the flight being cancelled, for example due to adverse weather, serviceability problems with the aircraft or illness, The Amphibious flying club Ltd cannot be held responsible. In those situations, affected vouchers will be relocated to another mutually acceptable date at no cost.
4.Gift Voucher flight bookings are always "subject to availability". Availability at weekends can be difficult, so please do not leave your booking until the last moment.
5. The gift voucher price is valid for 6 months, should the voucher extend past that date, the difference in costs may be charged or the flight time of the voucher can be reduced and a fixed fee of £25.00 maybe charged.
6. At the discretion of The Amphibious flying club, the voucher may be extended for up to a period of 2 years. Charges may apply as per no 6
7. After 2 years all gift Vouchers will be deemed invalid
8. Flights will not be undertaken if the gift voucher recipient or guests are intoxicated in any way
9. Seaplane gift vouchers are required to be taken from St Angelo Airport, unless the recipient is a Pilot.
10. The wearing of life jackets is compulsory when flying in the Seaplane.
11. We request that Mobile phones are not used within the aircraft once in flight, unless being used for photography purposes. In this case we ask for the phone to be turned to silent.
12. Gift vouchers are transferable, but we request that The Amphibious Flying club is updated of any changes by gift voucher recipient or purchaser as soon as possible or the voucher maybe deemed stolen and thereby invalid.
